2 or 3 cucumbers diced
2 spoonful of cottage cheese low fat
A half of a red onion

¾ cup cooked chopped bacon
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 (32-oz) package frozen tater tots
1 (10.5-oz) can condensed cheddar cheese soup
1 (16-oz) container sour cream

I used that recipe minus the salt and butter. As it is so rich I cut the pieces into just bite size.
