2 chicken breast cook in crock pot and shedd it

2 Bell peppers a yellow or orange diced

2 or 3 cucumbers diced

2 spoonful of cottage cheese low fat

A half of a red onion

Feta sprinkle it to your liking

Greek dressing few squirts

Banana peppers sweet put as many or as little as you want it low carb full of protein . If you are on a low carb diet you will love it little you can eat cold or on the go
