Hi everyone,

I've really never had been overweight untill 6yrs ago i got Diagnosed with Breast cancer and have to be on medication and gained 70 pounds, that was devastating. I had a hard time taking it off. In fact, I didn't! Then one month ago I got diagnosed as prediabetic so got put on a medication that also helps you lose weight. And so far when I started I was 200 pounds and 6 weeks later I am 189. So will see where this journey takes me. I'm glad to be here with everyone. good luck!
