Purchasing this gives one vote towards grooming for this particular horse. During the live the horse or horses with the most votes will get groomed during the time available for grooming. Once the horse is groomed all votes for that horse will be removed and the votes will start back over. If a vote is purchased for a horse that is not groomed during the current live then all votes will stay with that horse until that horse is groomed at which time their votes will be removed and the votes start back over.
