Hi. I will be having bariatric gastric sleeve surgery sometime this summer. If anyone has had that, if you have any tips or want to share your experience, I'd love to hear it.

I have had it done. ? Feel free to ask anything. My surgeon didn’t do a very tight sleeve. I lost weight but much more inches. Protein shakes are your friend.
