Hey everyone Heather here. Tim and I are still doing our intermittent fasting. We are both feeling more energetic and have both lost inches and weight. I don't know exactly how much weight because our scale is broken. What is everyone else doing? Anyone else doing the intermittent fasting? Working out? Eating differently? How is it going?

I am doing the time part, but haven't changed my diet per se. Eat scrambled eggs with crumbled bacon and shredded cheese, and a couple of frozen small waffles for breakfast. I have a snack in the afternoon, then a green salad for supper. Have not lost weight yet, but I am not very active. I am almost 76 yrs old so am not into exercising anymore.
